I AM SO PROUD

last Thursday Dylan came home and showed me a paper he got from his teacher Mrs. Gerhard. she nominated him to go to the junior national young leaders conference in Washington dc... hopefully we will hear something soon in the mail to see if they accepted him... i don't know if anyone else in his class was nominated but wow what an honor... i could not be happier or more proud.. he also got his report card lol.... he made all A's and one b.. here are his grades

GONNA TRY THIS AGAIN

OK so it has been a really really long time since i have blogged.. i will try to at least post something every day but may only be once a week lol. in the past couple months a lot has happened. Dylan and I went to Shelli and Scott's house for spring break. We went to the zoo twice while there. We had a blast the whole week. We got to eat at some new places and eat new things. well i did at least we shopped and played all week... thanks again for letting us stay. for Easter we camped out at the ranch for 3 days and 2 nights. the first night our air mattress went flat . not fun ... the next night was way better.. Dylan and I had a nice time seeing family we don't get to see often.. then my favorite channel went off the air , i am so bummed.... but i did get to purchase 5 sterling silver diamond cut chains,a beautiful silver cross with London blue topaz and a silver dog tag with a tiny diamond in it for Dylan... last wendsday i had 12 injections in my shoulder blades and lower back man they still hurt lol. i have some other stuff to put on here but will do it separately cuz it is so cool it deserves it's own blog.. later...

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Saturday the 21st, Dylan and i went to see chitty chitty bang bang at the majestic in San Antonio. The trip to San Antonio was not very fun.. we were griped at the whole time lol.. When we got there we went together and had so much fun.. Dylan sang along with most of the songs.. He loved the inside of the theater.. it was so great. We then left and got griped at some more on the way home. Oh well, we know better now and wont do that again..... But we will go to the majestic again..

I know it has been a while....

Hello people.... alot has happened since my last post lol.. Dylan went to monster jam with his dad and a friend of his along with her daughter..... Janet and I went to see Rodney Carrington the same evening... Janet and i spent the whole day together. I have not had that much fun in a long long time. We had third row seats, he was so funny... I have not had that much fun in a really long time... that was on the 10Th of January... Dylan is now ten years old. where did the time go... This past weekend Dylan got to go to the San Antonio rodeo with his dad and his friend and her daughter... he had a blast. he did the bungee cord ride I guess you could call it. They didn't stay for the concert by a band called push play.. Dylan didn't really like them... This weekend is valentines day and Janet and the girls might come, he is excited.. then next weekend on the 21st I will be taking him to see the touring Broadway show of chitty chitty bang bang. He is counting down the days. Then the following weekend I am going to the home and garden show with Mimi and Shelli and Scott... and maybe jayci aka chunky monkey... Today when Dylan went to school we noticed that Whittle was hurt. His back is tender and he whines when he gets up or down.. I am going to have the vet that comes to town come to the house and check on him.. Dylan is really upset about this.

3RD SIX WEEKS REPORT CARDS

Dylan brought home his report card yesterday. he got all A's again... thank goodness...
